Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with AleaderGear. Eligible return and exchange requests for orders placed through aleadergear.com can be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items should be new, clean and unused unless the request involves a confirmed defect, damage or fulfillment error.
  • Brief indoor try-on for sizing is acceptable.
  • Items showing outdoor wear, dirt, water use, odor, damage or extended use may not qualify for a standard return or exchange.
  • Orders purchased through Amazon or another marketplace must be handled through the platform where the purchase was made.

Before Sending Anything Back

Please contact AleaderGear Customer Service before returning an item. Returns and exchanges must be authorized before shipment, and you should not send merchandise to any address until you receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and the circumstances of the order. AleaderGear generally covers approved return shipping for confirmed fulfillment errors, defects or damage. For size or fit preference, change of mind, accidental ordering, or multi-size comparison orders, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange, replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another resolution instead of requiring a physical return.

Refunds

If a physical return is required, the refund is normally processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. If no return is required, the refund may be processed once the request is approved.

After AleaderGear issues a refund, it generally takes approximately 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

Refund of Original Delivery Charges

If an order is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered after investigation, we offer a replacement at no additional shipping cost or a refund for the undelivered items, including the original delivery fees actually paid for that shipment.

For a confirmed defect, damage, wrong item, or fulfillment error, we cover authorized return shipping. A full-order refund includes the original shipping charges paid; partial-order refunds are assessed fairly based on the affected items.

For voluntary size, fit, or change-of-mind returns, the original outbound shipping charge is generally not refundable unless consumer law requires it. Eligible statutory cancellation rights (including UK, EU, and applicable South African rules) may require refunding the original standard delivery fee. Return shipping is a separate charge and may be the customer's responsibility.

If an order is canceled before dispatch, any original shipping paid for the entirely canceled order is refunded. Incorrect-address or refused-delivery cases are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law.
