At AleaderGear, we aim to deliver your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Locations

We proudly ship to all countries worldwide.

Please note that we do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes. Kindly provide a valid residential or street address. If a P.O. Box address is used, the customer will be responsible for retrieving the parcel from the carrier’s station, and timely delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Times

United States: 3–12 business days, depending on whether your order ships from our local US warehouse or our international warehouse in China.
International Orders (including Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, and other countries): 7–20 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

United States: Shipping is free for items shipped from our local warehouse. If your order includes items shipped internationally, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
All Other Countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges vary by destination and are not included in your order total.

Out of Stock Items

If any item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you via email. You can choose to wait for restocking or remove the item from your order.
