AleaderGear Return & Refund Policy

For Customers in the United States:

AleaderGear accepts returns from customers who purchased their product from the official site www.aleadergear.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note the following conditions:

• Items must be in new and unused condition. Products with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken.
• Products must be in our current product line, as posted on aleadergear.com.
• Return & Exchange shipping is FREE for United States domestic orders purchased from aleadergear.com.

For Customers Outside the United States:

Return & Exchange are still accepted. However, AleaderGear cannot currently offer free return shipping for orders from outside the United States.

For All Customers:

AleaderGear will issue your refund or exchange within approximately 3-5 days of receipt. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 12 business days.

How to Start a Return Process:

1. Email the following information to info@aleadergear.com:
   • Your order number (which can be found on your order confirmation email).
   • The reason why you would like to return the product.
   • An image of the product received and an image of the label on the box.

A customer service agent will then assist you with the return process.
