I love these shoes. I’m leaving this review under the women’s version, but I actually own several pairs of the men’s version that are no longer made—and I really wish they’d bring them back. These are the best barefoot shoes I’ve found. They’re built sturdy, not flimsy like a lot of others out there, and the slightly thicker insole gives them an edge without losing that barefoot feel. That combination makes them stand out from most options on the market. I’d absolutely buy more if the men’s version came back. I’d also buy the orange insoles separately if they offered them.

The shoes arrived in the time stated, and they look and feel amazing! I had been looking for new barefoot shoes for a long time, after owning vibram 5 fingers for a long time, and these are much simpler to slip on. I had confusion about the sizing and ordered the wrong size, but Aleader reached out and remedied the situation in a very thoughtful, professional manner! I would definitely buy again, as good customer service means a lot to me.

Lightweight minimal structure shoe - love for field work. Getting a second pair for the gym.

This is my third pair and I bought an extra pair just in case I'm not going to be able to find them. I love these!! I have always worn Vibram five fingers and now that I found these I'll never go back!!

Love these shoes! Super lightweight and a lot of grip. Don’t know if they’ll last forever, but for the price you can’t go wrong.

Love the shoes. They do seem to run about a half size small.

Bought a pair for wife but they didn't fit her so I kept them, love minimalist shoes and these don't disappoint, prefer not to wear socks and these are quick and easy to slip on,great for everyday wear!

They have amazing traction, I can stand my ground when my dog sees a rabbit and of course during trail running

Really comfy shoes. Haven’t ran trail in them yet, and will probably require a bit more padding for my feet, but otherwise I really, really like the style and fit. I’m probably going to get a second pair in a different color.

I am yet to try these out as they were bought for a trip later in the year. They do feel a bit big though. I could have sized down.

I like them but I wish they came in black. That's my only comment.

This is my second pair of the same shoe. I love the shoe, but there is a change in the back heel, I find them harder to put on. I’m hoping the laces stand up better as my first laces frayed, but love the shoes👩🎨Judi Ellis

Shoe feel great. I don't like the lacing with velcro attachment at distal end of laces. It gets caught on things. I prefer regular laces.

Love these and wish I had a pic to submit as I’m ordering them for the third time! ❤️

Great shoe! It’s my second pair.

They are great shoes very comfortable.

These are my favorite shoes.

Super comfy. Nice amount of support, easy to walk in. Fits well around foot. Nice traction. Love these shoes for playing in the river.
Melissa 5/5 Verified
Are they very comfortable but not well made. There is excess glue all over the toe that is very noticeable
Alex 5/5 Verified
So disappointed that the soles are not rubber but plastic. Otherwise, they fit and are comfortable. Watch your step on wet or slick surfaces tho!!

Didn’t wear it, because the size too short , but quality looks fine.

I initially ordered my normal size 6 ( I wear a wide), it was too short. the 6/7 worked perfectly. Not sure how long lasting these will be but they feel great. Will review again on longevity-they do not look as sturdy as the New Balance I usually buy-we shall see. I almost only wear minimalist shoes and these have the wide toe box I need.

Very lightweight which I love. I could have gotten a half size larger since I had a sore spot on the right heel of my foot.

These are the best sneakers I have ever had for running, they suit my feet perfectly. I've tried the more expensive brands but these 'free' sneakers are amazing. I only wish they were still in stock as I need another pair of 7.5M.

Waaaaay better then the seven pairs of Merrell/Vibram shoes I’ve owned over the years! I can’t believe these were only $20. I honestly only tried them because I saw a client wearing them and she raved about them. The arch support is perfect. They feel like they will last forever. They do run slightly small as do all minimalist shoes I’ve had in the past. I normally wear 8.5 and I ordered a 9 and they would need to be 9.5 if I wore thick socks. I usually wear thin socks so that’s ok for me.I will say, they do slightly rub at the top of the ankle but I’m thinking that will go away once I break them in. It could also be fixed if you have socks with a tab in the back of your socks or just don’t wear no show socks like I do.Also, and to me this is a plus.... there is slightly more support then your typical minimalist shoe sole. The sole is a little more rugged then my barefoot shoes of the past. To me that’s good. But if you’re really looking for a nothing sole you may not appreciate that. I’m talking like maybe 1/2 a centimeter thicker then I’m used to. I personally like that. Especially if you’re a trail walker. You can step on small stones with these and it won’t hurt.

I LOVE these! Yes, I'll shout it! I've had my first pair for 2 weeks and I'm so impressed! I'm an older lady with tired feet. These are so lightweight and definitely live up to the "barefoot" feel, except they protect my feet from rough gravel and hot asphalt (I live in the southwest part of US. Hot asphalt is serious business). I'm making my second purchase now.

Very comfortable and supportive shoe for hiking and walking. I like the “barefoot” feel ~ natural feel of the earth, it’s like my feet were hugging the ground.

Really rubs the back of your heel my NB I could run without socks tried with these and have to wait till I heal to try again.

Get a 1/2 size bigger if you can or a full size if wearing socks.... I like but does run small ish

Runs very smallI wear an 8, ordered an 8. Was very small. I recommend going a size up. Comfortable shoe tho

I love the shoes. They are so comfortable. Fast and easy ordering and delivery.

They may look pretty goofy (wish it had rounded toe rather than individual toe contours), but they are SO comfortable! Nice wide toe bed, flexible soles. I've been on moderate hikes with them, and find them to be grippy enough that I don't slip when walking down hills, and very comfortable. Because the soles are relatively thin, my feet feel the ground heat more easily than with regular-soled shoes (my feet are pretty heat-sensitive), but this has not been a problem for me. Also, having relatively thin soles allows me to feel all the contours of the ground when hiking, but without any discomfort from even sharp rocks, etc.Pros: Comfortable! Grippy! Feels like you're barefoot, with protection.Cons: Silly design with the individual toe contours -- unnecessary, as your toes don't actually fit into the little contours -- if they did, your toes would be pressing right up against the tip of the shoe. But, I'm willing to put up with the goofy design for the protected barefoot feeling.

I fit a 9.5 with wide fronts and narrow heals and trouble with bunions. These running barefoot shoes are a perfect fit. I have worn them this week to the gym for my cardio work out and walked a trail that had been rained on all week. These shoes are comfortable and I did not slip in the mud on the flats nor the hills. The construction is good seams are solid, footbed is flexible and has a comfortable arch support that is not hard, but is firm and gives when running. Very comfortable shoe, I would buy another pair soon.

Not accurate size

I'm typically a 7.5 wide so I ordered the 7/7.5 W. The length was fine but it's too compressive everywhere to be considered wide width. No wiggle room anywhere; hot and tight. I'm not claustrophobic but my feet felt trapped in these! They look nice and if they were made of a better, breathable material I think they could be really great. I will continue to try other 'barefoot' styles but I don't recommend this brand. The version I purchased was Amazon Prime with free returns and I am returning for free via UPS drop off.

I have just started venturing into barefoot workouts. Previously I have used shoes specifically designed for lifting, and separate running shoes for running. These are comfortable and breathable. They have great tread, so no slipping. The laces are easy to adjust. I have rather "tall" feet and these are able to accommodate that.My sole complaint is that they are smaller than expected. I normally wear 7 wide or 7.5 regular, so I ordered 7/7.5 wide. They should fit perfectly, but they're a tiny bit narrower than I would prefer. My sister normally wears a 6.5 regular, and she says they fit her comfortably, with room to spare but not too much of it. I think the 8 would probably be too big so I'm sticking with the 7/7.5. But if you normally wear 7.5 wide, or if you like a roomy fit, go up to 8!

Good quality shoe to go walking or e exer ise in. The only downside is that the insole seems to lift as if its not glued down well.
Julia 5/5 Verified
Love that they slip on quick and don’t hurt my feet when doing cross training. I have a lot of issues with finding shoes that don’t hurt and these are great
