I have been sent the wrong colour as I received a navy pair. Also I need size 11 which I purchased, I have received size 10. So wrong colour and looks totally different to the pair I chose. And I have been sent a size too small so I am unable to use them' What is the process of returning these and gerring a refund? I cannot use these at all
Loved the water shoes!!! Great on Lembongan Island for scooter riding then straight in to the water! Didn't even have to take them off.

Size 9 men’s is the size of size 9 women’s so I am wearing the ALeader shoes I originally purchased for my partner. I will order some for him but will need to be a size 12 men’s to fit him So I think your size guide is not correct. I love these ALeader shoes they are so comfortable and perfect for a seaside holiday 😀
