Very pleased with my experience with them so far! The rubber of the soles and the fins feel of good enough quality they'll be perfect for what I wanted them for; versatility for snorkeling, so much easier to pack than full size fins, and not nearly as awkward as full size fins entering and leaving the water (granted, I'm not a veteran snorkeler so maybe my awkwardness was to be expected.) In any case, I much prefer these.
First of all I have tried dozens of different fins at pools, the ocean, and at lakes. These are by far the best fins that I have ever encountered. The fins look amazing! They are incredibly functional. One thing I truly love about them is the extended footing/shoe type sole it has. I am finally able to walk forward in flippers without feeling clumsy or stumbling. I absolutely love the neoprene up the ankles. I find that with other fins the rubber around the sole is thick or rigid making them very uncomfortable to put them on and to swim. These slide on so easy and it has the velcro strap to keep them secure. I was shocked the first time I put them on because of how easily the slide on and how secure they were. I would highly recommend these to anyone ever wanting fins.
I haven't used them, yet as our trip is in Summer, but they fit well and very easy to walk in, which is what I wanted. I'm just hoping they'll work as expected when we do go snorkeling.

They are what I was looking for being able to walk on rocks in and out of the water without pain or falling from the fins.
Fun, easy, lightweight. great walking around. Not the best for snorkeling though. Actual snorkel fins work better.
These are perfect for shallow or near the land snorkeling. Not enough propulsion for deeper dives. Bought them because I simply didn’t want to carry my fins. You can walk in these indeed!

These are really interesting and fun. They're really a pair of nice comfortable durable "water shoes", with mini fins attached to the front. For walking on rocky beaches and in rocky shallow water, they're great. For kicking around and snorkeling in a limited area, they're not nearly as powerful as full-size fins nor even "travel fins", but they do add some propulsion beyond just no fins at all, so that's good enough for my purposes. And being so short, the fins let you stand and walk relatively easily, in shallow water, which is the main attraction for them in our case (snorkeling in a small very rocky sheltered bay).
These fins are great! We bought them for a backpacking trip to Bali as we planned to do a lot of snorkeling, but also wanted fins that were comfortable and compact. These fins are pretty small, so they fit into our bags pretty well. They are also VERY comfortable and so easy to walk in! My only complaint is that since they are a bit shorter, they don't propel you as far as other fins do.
I bought a size larger than my shoe size, though they do run true to size. I find them much easier to put on and off. Also, the bott holds them on and my toes can move inside, so no cramping. I found these allow me to swim with better body alignment. The ability to walk around out of water allows me to get out of the pool to get something without having to remove them. I love the short finS.
Loved these fins!! Last weekend me and my girlfriend took them snorkeling and got in a few good free dives. They performed amazingly and are now one of my favorite wildhorn purchases. They are so small and convenient to walk around in while still acting as a great pair of fins in the water. The other awesome thing about these was the traction we got on slippery rocks and docks while on out of the water. Overall I am beyond happy with this purchase and would recommend these to anyone looking for a pair of fins! Make sure to check the size chart for reference of the pair to order. I was a little worried mine wouldn't fit because I fall between two sizes but the chart helped me get the right pair!
My son uses these for his swim team as they are encouraged to use fins on Fridays. He loves them as they have more personality and look "cooler" than some of the more plain fins that his peers have. Some reviewers have complained that they fit too tight. My son puts them on in the water and they go on just fine. They are supposed to be snug so they don't come off in the water.
My fins were delivered two days ago and I already love them! They fit like a glove and are extremely easy to get on and off. Normal fins will cut into my ankle and make my feet hurt. This is not the case with the Aleader fins. They fit comfortably around my entire foot and ankle without putting pressure on my ankle bones. The best part of the fins is that I can easily walk around in them. I can put them on while sitting on the beach and walk out to the water. No more fighting the waves to get my fins on. They are compact enough to fit into a carry-on suitcase while leaving plenty of room for the rest of my clothes. I will never take another beach vacation without them.
My new fins arrived last week and they are exactly what expected. I was able to walk around the house in them without tripping and I’m sure they will perform the same way on sand and boat decks. They offer enough protection to walk on rocks getting in and out of the water from the beach. are sturdy enough for walking
These are comfy, lightweight and the velcro band allows for perfect adjustment. Used this snorkeling in Hawaii and they were easy to put on and walk into the water without tripping. They require a little more work kicking in the water than regular, longer flippers, but worked just fine all in all.
Great fashion as fins go and comfy walking on beach but did find a lack of propulsion in the water, you should get the dive fins if you like deep freediving.
I took them on my vacation to Hawaii and liked how compact they were for travel, but they were so tight and took me hard to put on. Taking them off after being in the water was even harder. Wish I would have sized up. Other than being extremely tight and uncomfortable, they were very easy to swim with.
These fins work well for walking on a rocky beach and getting in and out of the water. Great job there. I did not care for their performance in the water however. They tended to make my feet float and had an awkward feel to them when kicking. For occasional use I would recommend them, but for serious snorkeling, I would stick with a swim fin. They are well made
The fit was fairly accurate and comfortable but the functionality was not what I expected. While the fins do float as advertised, I feel that they are too buoyant which causes them to be difficult to use for swimming laps. This is only my opinion after trying them out for a week.
Love the product, if you are snorkeling in shallow waters and around reefs you do not have to worry about stepping on any sea urchins because their spine cannot go through the boot also you do not have to sit down as you would with regular fins to put them on or off just walk up to the water and jump in.
These fins are SO comfortable. So nice to be wearing fins without a strap (last time I was snorkeling, the strap broke and the fin floated away!) and that I can easily negotiate to go from the shore to the water. My son may even buy a pair (and he has never used fins because they were so uncomfortable). They are soft and the shoe-like bottom is great!!!
We travel pretty frequently and LOVE to snorkel. Since space is limited when we travel, it has always kind of annoyed me that my husband always insists on packing his fins. This product has solved that problem for me. These fins are compact, travel friendly and functional. Rather than floppy, slippery fins, these fins have tread on the bottom and the fin itself is slightly raised off of the ground, so walking in them is not hard at all. You can easily put them on up on the beach and walk down over rocks and sand without worrying about tripping. I can see where this would be super useful in areas where there is lava rock, coral or other sharp surfaces. Also, as an added benefit, the flexible sock part goes up and over the foot with ease and fits a range of feet, so both my husband and I can wear the same fins. I used to not wear his fins because they would give me blisters, but these fins have a soft surface that would make it pretty impossible to get a blister. In the water these work as well as longer fins because the fins themselves are quite rigid so they create a lot of propulsion without stirring up sand and silt underwater, so the field of vision remains clear. overall, I would totally recommend these fins for travel and general use.
